A Zircuit exercise routine will last 60 minutes depending on the client’s schedule. Zircuit training is built around catering to a client’s individual ability with a strong emphasis on variety. Each workout is authentic while still being incremental and building upon the skills taught during the last session.
Prices: Personal Training / Small Group Training (Cost can be Sub-Divided, limit 4 people)
• 2 days of training per week minimum
• Required 1 month minimum commitment
• $1 for every 10 miles traveled
• 1 month- $40/hr – per session
• 3 month- $38/hr – per session
• 6 month- $36/hr – per session
• 9 month- $34/hr – per session
• 12 month - $32/hr – per session
• 2 day per week, month package= $320 for 8 total sessions
• 3 day per week, month package= $480 for 12 total sessions
• 5 day per week, month package= $800 for 20 total sessions
